Bruce Willis family disclosed that he has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia. Prognosis is incurable.
The family of one of my favorite actors, Bruce Willis, disclosed that he has been diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, a degenerative brain disease that currently has no cure. His family shared his diagnosis of aphasia last year upon announcing his retirement from acting.
I have enjoyed a lot of Willis' work immensely. A couple of his movies in particular such as Live Free or Die Hard and The Fifth Element. I too have been dealing with cognitive issues not to the frontotemporaldementia degree but enough to experience some of the difficulties. I can only wish the best to the Willis Family during these times.
