Well Read

Finally finished the reading material I've had since going on vacation in mid-August. Reading at lightspeed would not be how I'd describe finishing "Pandora's Star." At times I was reading a paragraph or a couple of sentences here and there. Nine hundred eighty-eight pages to find out the story continues in another book. I guess I could see that coming as the multiple story lines were not wrapping up as I neared the end of the book. I will say it's a terrific story and I'll buy the continuation soon though I have other books in mind before I pick up where I left off in "Judus Unchained." The Asimov's magazine I completed about a couple of days before finishing the book. I have two of those left to read before I decide whether to re-subscribe for another year.
